[Qt-creator] Using doxygen generated help with F1 key?

Karsten Heimrich very kindly wrote a Doxygen patch to get this
working. I've tested it and written up the procedure here:

The patch will eventually make it into the trunk, but if you have
burning desire to try it now, go for it!
