[Qt-creator] Refactoring class name does not work correctly all the time

Hi,

we pushed  a change (d2bd092b47c8d4f81855228d158cc1b81ead8c00)  that hopefully 
fixes this (was a Windows file name slashification problem). It should be visible 
in the public repo (1.3 branch) in 12h time. 

If you still find it not working, we would be very interested in a small sample 
project.
