[Qt-creator] qmake debug release conditional builds

Well, it seems I was able to get it working.
I just need to once in a while delete the .user file.
When qtcreator starts behaving strangely, that is usually the source of the
problems.
Unfortunately it's a pain to have to add all the configs (program arguments,
shadow builds, dependencies) again...
But at least it works for now.
