[Qt-creator] Couple problems with the debugger

Using the creator 1.3 beta 1 on gentoo linux:

1. I have the "Use tooltips in the main editor while debugging" option enabled. However, I do not get tooltips in the editor while debugging.

2. This isn't really a problem with the debugger, persay, but creator allows me to start a build of a project that I am currently debugging. I did this once on accident. Once this happens gdb gets very upset and creator doesn't know what to do. I ended up in a state where both the start and stop debugging actions were disabled; I had to restart creator.
