[Qt-creator] problem building and app

i can't build my apps on qt creator, when building qmake exits with error code 3 and if
i do it manually, I mean

qmake -project
qmake xxx.pro

says that can't proccess xxx.pro

i haven't configured nothing. how can i solve this?
