I'm not a Mac guy, but one thing that would be good to know would be 
whether you compiled Qt with Carbon or with Cocoa. We're still shipping 
the Qt SDK with a Qt built with Carbon due to known issues in Cocoa, as 
far as I know.

Of course, this being a Qt issue, you should probably report this 
directly to our bug tracker at bugreports.qt.nokia.com.
