[Qt-creator] Are latest snapshots as stable as 1.2.90?

I am using 1.2.90 because that is what was blogged about when Qt 4.5.3 came 
out.  Does this mean 1.2.90 is extra stable, or is 1.9.92 (the latest one) 
also just as stable?
