[Qt-creator] Strange menu behavior on OSX

Is the slow (annoying) fade-out transition in the mac version's menus  
going to be removed for 1.3 or is this now a 'feature'?

I assumed it was some bug on Qt 4.6 as it does not happen on the linux  
or windows builds. But no other Qt built app does this and its been  
present in all the snapshots post 1.2.1.

No-else has mentioned this on here but it really detracts from the  
experience on OSX.

Any official comment on this would be appreciated.
