[Qt-creator] Breakpoint Problem

Actually, it is a little better.  Second debug session won't stop on
new breakpoints, but the 3rd session will  ... 4th won't ... 5th will
... etc.  So ... some progress!  :)

Do you want me to upload some gdb logs?
