[Qt-creator] When Qt Creator is running Symbian emulators (epoc.exe) wont start

For me the emulator starts up nicely with Qt Creator 1.3.0 beta, and a
> "MyApp in Symbian Emulator" run configuration to start the Qt for

Yes I can confirm that with Qt Creator 1.3.0 beta everything works out of
the box,
but I still see random things sometimes. For example on Windows Vista and
Qt Creator 1.3 beta (binary package for Windows) sometimes it happens that:

   - Qt Creator 1.3.0 beta builds the app successfully
   - the *Application Output* tab says something like *the process can't be
   started*
   - you launch epoc manually from the command line and it starts up fine
   - you try again from Qt Creator and magically everything gets launched
   :-)

If I understood Pekka's case, it would be interesting to understand how come
epoc.exe
gets started when Qt Creator gets shut down :-/
