[Qt-creator] Generic project and .config file

Hi all,

I create generic project (New -> Other Projects -> Import Existing Project) 'empty-test'  and I
observe one file 'empty-test.confi' with one text line:
// ADD PREDEFINED MACROS HERE!

What is the file? How can I work with it?

PS I use QtCreator for some small projects based on Makefile build and without Qt.
