[Qt-creator] Windows snapshot?

The latest windows build for today is is ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/qtcreator/snapshots/latest/qt-creator-win-opensource-1.3.83-201004071829-setup.exe. next one will be created in about 5 hours.
