[Qt-creator] Question in configuration the Qt for Symbian Based Applications

I am just a newbie in Qt, I download and install the following software

1.ActivePerl 5.6.1.638(http://www.symbian-training.com.cn/download/ActivePerl-5.6.1.638-MSWin32-x86.msi)
2.Carbide.C++ v2.3 IDE(http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.nokia.com/id/dbb8841d-832c-43a6-be13-f78119a2b4cb.html)
3.S60 SDK 5th Edition(http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.nokia.com/id/ec866fab-4b76-49f6-b5a5-af0631419e9c/S60_All_in_One_SDKs.html)
4.Open C/C++ Plug-in 1.6(http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.nokia.com/id/91d89929-fb8c-4d66-bea0-227e42df9053/Open_C_SDK_Plug-In.html)
5.Qt SDK 4.6.2 for Windows (http://get.qt.nokia.com/qtsdk/qt-sdk-win-opensource-2010.02.1.exe)
6.Qt 4.6.2 for Symbian(http://get.qt.nokia.com/qt/source/qt-symbian-opensource-4.6.2.exe)
7.Run "Configure environment for WINSCW command line" from Carbide C++ menu

In Qt Creator -> Tools > Options... > Qt4 > Qt Versions, I find there are 2 items are auto-detected, and then I define the CSL/GCCE & Carbide Directory, and also the Default Qt Version (01.jpg).

First I would like if know if there is any problem in my setting?

Then in the 'Building Your Project' section, I does not understand the meaning of following statement and can't find the related screen http://qt.nokia.com/doc/qtcreator-1.3/images/qtcreator-symbian-add-buildconfiguration.png

Before you can build your project for the Symbian platform, you need to create build configurations for it. Open Projects mode and make sure that your project is selected for editing in Edit Project Settings for Project .... Add debug and release build configurations for the Symbian target by selecting the corresponding Qt version from the build configuration Add menu.
