[Qt-creator] DEFINES from .pro file

I don't know if this is old news, but I downloaded the latest snapshot
today and was very happy to see that parsing of DEFINES from pro files
is in place and code is greyed out appropriatly.

Great work to get this useful feature in place!!!!
