There are options to 'Use Full Paths for Breakpoints' or such, and
at some time there was also a choice on whether to set breakpoints
in shared libraries at all. I am not sure 1.3.1 has it, though.

In any case, could you please attach the debugger log (right pane of
Debug->Views->Debugger)?

[And, of course, if it's an option check out the 2.0alpha]
