[Qt-creator] Fakevim does not work as expected when replacing a word

Not sure how comprehensive fakevim emulation is supposed to be but when 
attempting yank inner word "yiw" the fakevim plugin interprets the i as 
the input mode command. this also effects commands like "viw" and "viwp" 
which can be handy for replacing a word with yanked text. If this 
support is not planned how are others replacing a word with yanked text? 
I can of course use a register and "cw" but that's a bit long winded as 
is "s/word/newword/".  I suppose I could get motivated and try to 
implement this myself but maybe this is on someone's to do list?
