[Qt-creator] Qt Creator 2.0 looks ugly on Debian/VMWare

Hello,

on my old system (Gentoo + VirtualBox) the qtcreator worked great and looks
fine, but on the Debian Squeeze installation with VMWare, the it looks really
ugly:

I have compiled qtcreator with Qt 4.7, which I have installed (./configure
--prefix /opt/qt-4.7) by my own (without package manager). The qtcreator from
Debian (1.3.1) looks better, but has some font problems.

I would be grateful for every hint...
