[Qt-creator] Turkish Translations

Hi,

We are using Qt in our software company. But we have a turkish language
problem. Qt not support turkish language.
We can translate Qt for turkish language.  And we want to see turkish
language in next version of Qt v4.7. Please tell us how we can do this.
