[Qt-creator] *.cpp & *.h lost from project ?

A simple trick to update the tree quickly : edit .pro file, ( delete &
re-enter last blank line it's enough ). Save it and ... voila !! New
files / deleted files appear / disappear from the file tree ;-P

Exiting & entering to QtCreator does the same effect...

OK, I'll update my windows machine to 2.1.0 as soon as possible to avoid
this problem.
