[Qt-creator] Any way to stop qt creator automatically hiding itself on application flip?

Qt Creator has taken to hiding itself of late. Semi randomly when starting
an application, and pretty much constantly when i want to flip to Grab to
snapshot some broken part of the UI.

Is there a way to stop it auto hiding? Tis hella annoying.
