[Qt-creator] Any way to stop qt creator automatically hiding itself on application flip?

I also see that Creator hides itself every now and then when I run my app. I don't know of any
reliable way to replicate it, and it seems to happen at most every tenth time. As I'm new to OSX i've
been thinking that I must have pressed something weird and not "museum-r".
