[Qt-creator] Compile-time signal and slot checking

I read his mail as asking for an improvement for Qt Creator, I think that's 
pretty much in scope here. 

It might help to add feature requests to 

   bugreports.qt.nokia.com

though, as it's less likely to fall between the cracks there.
