[Qt-creator] Qt Creator installation language

Thanks for the response.
It is nice that this has been added to Qt Creator.

When I said "development environments", I meant even my OS language is in 
English.
It only uses the German format for time, currency, location etc.   But 
English is the default language.

Anyway, it's good that we now have the option.
