[Qt-creator] Start QtCreator in different Mode. Start with last opened project.

Hello.
I would like that QtCreator could start in a different mode.
For example, instead of starting in the Welcome Mode, that it could start in
Edit Mode.
It would also useful to be able to start with the last opened project.
Is that possible?
