[Qt-creator] vc++ mingw32 Qt

Sorry if there is confusion in the question asked earlier.
I need to compile a msvc++ project that made use of qt. From what I
understand, linking to the libraries just dont work. One has to integrate Qt
for msvc++ app.

I followed this link once and it worked (on a vista machine), but now I
can't find what I am doing wrong.
