[Qt-creator] Qt Creator ignores some visual preferences set by Qt/KDE

(This isn't a serious bug, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.)

Qt Creator, even though itself a Qt 4 application, ignores some global 
Qt style preferences (set by KDE4's "Oxygen" style in this case):

* It doesn't follow the current color scheme exactly
* The menu items stay inactive when hovering over them with the mouse

To illustrate the former, here a screenshot showing Qt Creator 1.3.1 
alongside another Qt4 app (SMPlayer).  Notice how in Qt Creator the 
window titlebar is not of the same color as the menu bar and therefore 
looks "split off".  Other Qt 4 applications follow Oxygen's 
color-gradients correctly, Qt Creator does not, at least for its menu bar:
