[Qt-creator] Qt Creator supporting Mercurial SCM

Dear Developers,

i would love to work with Qt Creator supporting Mercurial SCM.
Qt 4.6 contribution awards 
<http://blog.qt.nokia.com/2009/12/22/qt-46-contribution-awards/> are 
mentioning Brian McGillion having integrated Mercurial SCM into Qt 
Creator. Will Qt Creator officially support this in future ? That would 
be great !

*How or when can i get access to that contribution ?*
