[Qt-creator] [Announce] Qt Creator 1.3.1 Released

Just updated both my Mac and Windows boxes from 1.3. The Mac box works 
OK. But on the Windows 7 box, I get this error even with a brand new 
test project:

Error while building project test
When executing build step 'Make'

I did uninstall previous version before installing the new one. Any idea 
why?
