[Qt-creator] Latest git creator branches require up-to-date Qt

Hi,

it happened once more: An API change in the QtDeclarative module required some changes in QuickDesigner creator. A fix has been pushed to the 2.0 branch already, and will soon be integrated back to master.

This means that as soon as you pull the master or 2.0 branch from creator, you've to also pull/compile a new Qt from qt.git/4.7 branch, and vice versa. 

You can also revert the commits inside creator locally:

  git revert -n b2cb2f6e
  git revert -n f0cb98463

Or you just disable the qmldesigner plugin in src/plugins/plugins.pro :)
