[Qt-creator] Qt Creator startup time

There is a gentoo bug at 
   http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=308563
about the long startup of qtcreator. It seems to be a result of some 
indexes being created, but there is no progress report. And closing 
qtcreator before the index is done seems to to trigger the some behavior 
on the next start.
