[Qt-creator] switching files slow again

I see the same issue here as well but have some extra information for you.
When I have my laptop docked and plugged into the network, Qt Creator runs well. Switching between files (Ctrl-tab, F2, F4, or selecting files from the Project list) is quick ( <1 sec ). When I am not connected to the network and have my laptop undocked, those operations are painfully slow (on the order of 6-10 sec). Unfortunately, I am not in a position to test running the wireless connection while on the docked since I am off-site at the moment.
I rebooted my laptop thinking maybe there was some network state that was not set up correctly (a wild guess here). F4 switching is faster but everything else is not.
My next guess is that version control is somehow freaking out since I am not connected to the network; it doesn't get any better when I connect via VPN. We use svn but I do not use svn via Qt Creator.
Running:
Windows XP SP3
Qt Creator 1.3.1
Based on Qt 4.6.1 (32 bit)
Built on Jan 17 2010 at 02:23:59

Sorry for being short in my reaction before, but I had a lot to do.
Well, I'm sorry, but I think it has something to do with my system. It
seems to be working slow some of the time, but now it seems to be
working good again. So I'm not sure what the problem is.
I think it isn't Qt Creator's fault. Sorry for the post.

Please describe what exactly you mean by "switching files"?
Matthias
