[Qt-creator] Linux nightly doesn't remember tab size

The Linux nightlies aren't correctly displaying my tab size that I set to 4
spaces. The setting is still there in the preferences, and if I change it
and hit apply, it will correctly affect all open files, but newly opened
files will go back to the default 8-space tabs.
