[Qt-creator] Create a Mac library bundle

Not sure if something changed since Qt 4.3, but with 4.6.2, I create app 
bundles without xcode:

   qmake -spec macx-g++

and then simply

   make

There's also a Qt tool that will automatically copy all required 
libraries in the bundle in case you don't want or can't build 
statically.  More info here:
