[Qt-creator] Logo License ?

It is copyright Nokia, but you can use company logos in newspaper, blog, educational, etc articles as it counts as fair use. Search for most companies in Wikipedia and their corporate logos are shown.

But in the russian version, the logo is under Copyright.... :( :

So under what license is the logo ? (Why not under Creative Commons ?
