I suppose it might for some (or maybe most) users. In my use case, I have a
large source tree shared by many different projects. When I start a new
session, it's often in a different sandbox (on a branch), I'd prefer that it
default to somewhere relative to the project I'm opening. But I realize that
I am in the minority here, and since you're fixing the below problem, it's
less annoying anyway.
