[Qt-creator] ToolChain Refactoring Patch went in

I think I know what's going on.

My manual Qt installs are both built with ppc, x86, and x86_64 ABIs. And 
they are detected so in Qt4 options. But the tool chain is only detected 
as x86 (32- and 64-bit), even though it can produce ppc code.
