[Qt-creator] Qt Creator 2.2 branch created

Some of you might have noticed that the Qt Creator source repository now has a 2.2 branch. This branch will be stabilized to what will be the 2.2.0 release in the end.

The binary snapshots will also be built from the 2.2 branch starting this night.
