[Qt-creator] Qt Creator 2.2 branch created

2.2 is built against a stable Qt 4.7 version in the nightly builds (actually the about dialog gives away the exact version). Since we do not require any new features from 4.8, using an unreleased version that potentially introduces crashes/regressions while we try to stabilize the 2.2 branch towards 2.2.0 is not a good idea.
