[Qt-creator] Big slow down in creator

Hi,

I am using a QCreator on a project actually a session of about 8 projects.
I have about 500 classes in the project. So there are little over 1000 files, 
*.cpp, *.h, *.ui plus the moc files.

I recently added about 25 more classes and Creator really slowed down in 
switching between files. 

The new (added) project contains generated source for an antlr based parser.
These files sizes are in the 30K line of C code each.

Would the large C files cause a slow down?

Is there anything I can do to keep this project in the session and not have 
creator scan the generated files?
