[Qt-creator] codeblocks project manager

Hello,

I made a first working version of a project manager plugin that reads 
the codeblocks .cbp file and that can use codeblocks to build the 
project. It is based on the generic projectmanager plugin.

Maybe someone finds it interesting so therefore I post it here. 
Suggestions are welcome!
