[Qt-creator] creat a GUI with Qt 4.7.2

Hello,

I have just install Qt v4.7.2 for visual studio2010 and I want to use it to
create a GUI for medical image processing. Could somebody inform me where
can I find some usefull instrunctions to create my first GUI (tutorials or
documentation) and what options I must choose in visual studio to begin
creating my project?
