The priorities are typically set when the bug can be reproduced.

In your case that's "P3: Somewhat important" for 3814 and a 
"P2: Important" for 4424. The latter was filed at a time when the 
RC packages were build (only showstoppers fixed in that phase, 
so it's not unexpected that's not handled in this release cycle.

QTCREATORBUG-4803 seems to be an issue that was filed _today_.

I am sorry if this has been a problem for you for almost a year now, 
but please understand that from my perspective it is hard to figure
out what kind of troubles you have before you tell me about it.
