[Qt-creator] how to compile my Qt project?

Hello,

I am a beginner in using Qt with visual studio 2010. Could somebody tell me
the step by step procedure that  must be done to create my application? I
havecreated this files (.cpp .h .pro .ui ), but how I could compile them?
Finally, what option must I choose in the visual studio to create my
project. For instance,what is the option that I must take on the New Project
window of vs. I have read too  many tutorials and examples but I did not
managed to underdstand what must be done.I would appreciate your help a lot!
