[Qt-creator] how to compile my Qt project?

Thanks for your response,

I have install the Visual Studio Add-in. I will give you an example to find
the solution. I want to build this example*
http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.6/widgets-analogclock.html* (consisted of 2 .cpp
files, 1.pro file and 1.h file).I choose the option of Qt designer plug in
and I get the window as it seems in the included docx file (analog
window.docx) of this message, but it is not include the .pro file. How to
include the .pro file? The Qt SDK is not a commercial version?
