[Qt-creator] pluginspec

Hi List

(not sure if I am referring to a qt or qt creator feature, please let me
know if it's the wrong list)
I am looking for documentation on the pluginspec file. DTD/Schema/wikipage,
anything would help.

What I am trying to do currently is to change my dependencies from "core
2.1.0" to core 2.1.0 or greater. I don't even know if that's possible, but I
can't find any documentation on what's actually allowed/supported.
