[Qt-creator] Code assist API

Hi all,

we have recently reworked our code assist API. The main goal was to 
allow the completion computation to run asynchronously so the GUI is not 
blocked.

In general the behavior should remain the same, but there are some 
slight changes. Pretty much all editors are affected, so if you notice 
anything weird or malfunction please feel free to speak up.
