I´m very interested on both things, I want to help on the development of 
QtCreator (of course, If I can participate on this process), and we are 
planning to work on a completed development application to work with 
PostgreSQL Databases using C++ and Qt 4.7 based on the proposed 
architecture of QtCreator.

So, I was wondering for this Extension System that you talked about here.
