[Qt-creator] [Dev] Call for testing Qt Creator 2.4, RC next week

The Qt Creator 2.4 release candidate is planned for next week (usually tuesday or thursday), so I want to strongly encourage everyone to give the 2.4 branch a try, or, even better, a thorough test, and report issues to our bug tracker, so we can still squish the most ugly ones :)
