[Qt-creator] Reviewer for cmake change

Hi Nicolas,

all Qt Creator "top-level components" have a "top-level maintainer" even if they are sub-components, e.g. for project management that is Daniel. Unfortunately there is no sensible ordering in that graphics, so that tends to be non-obvious. Asking on this list works as well, of course ;).

(Actually, many maintainers have notifications set up in gerrit, for code review requests that touch the code they are maintaining, so the corresponding people might actually be informed even if you don't set a reviewer. Setting a reviewer is always safer though)
