[Qt-creator] qt-creator-windows-snapshot

Hi,
I don't understand Qt Creator snapshots:

If I download a snapshot, I think, I have a full
runnable Qt Creator (with perhaps bugs ;-) ).
(I unzip the file, start the Qt Creator and load a example
project.)
But every time, I have downloaded a succesfully build
(..., #205, #206), the jom.exe is missing and I can't compile
a project. Have I to install jom.exe for myself or have I to
configure something?
